The reader at /app/ offers another way to follow the plan. You can search it, listen to pre-recorded audio of section summaries, read independent chapter reviews, and vote or comment on proposals. Anyone can read or listen. Voting and commenting require a map.ca membership. Each vote counts only in the member's registered municipality.
